 I have known Sylvia for two years and in that time, she has acted as my realtor on three occasions - she helped me buy and then later sell my first condo, and then to buy my second.  She was excellent about understanding what my needs were and had a great sense of what I was looking for, so that we didn't waste any time going to places I couldn't afford or wouldn't like.  When we were selling my condo, she showed my suite numerous times despite it being more difficult for her because I had a tenant living in the suite who did not share our taste in decorating!
